If the shape relays end at 4
only one asking bid is available and Controls take precedence.
A jump to 4NT after relaying always
asks for Aces.
If we are forced out of relays by
interference then 4NT by Responder is Key-Card-Blackwood for Responder's known
5+suit, otherwise it is ordinary Blackwood.
